Regarding next session tuesday night league @ willow....

With rumors flying around about a few teams breaking up and possibly not having a full 6 team league.... i think it would be a good idea of changing the "23" rule to a "24" team rule.....
Because of teams changing players, players leaving for various reasons. And it is hard to find new people who are low ranked skill levels between 2's and 4's.
I think this would help out almost all teams of fielding a stronger team and the possibilities of not forfeiting matches!!!!

COMMENTS AND REASONS LIST BELOW
thanks

Good idea, but this could only exist as a "handshake agreement" between teams in that division. It could never be added as a local bylaw or even an exception for certain divisions. It's nice when opponents agree to waive the 23-rule --- but I think it should only be broken out of necessity, not for strategy reasons.

Teams should still leave some flexibility to comply with the 23-rule at Tri-Cup, Gold Cup, etc. when the time comes.
